Rockets 109 - 125 Warriors

The Warriors took down the Rockets in the end of a back to back. Steph Curry had 38 points, 23 of them in 3rd quarter. James Wiseman got injured in the 2nd quarter, after falling awkwardly on his knee, but he walked off by himself, so that's a relief.

In the first quarter we saw that the Rockets is not the team the Warriors faced in Houston. They came out and they gave a fight, led by Kelly Olynik (7 points). In the 1st, the Warriors were led by Jordan Poole, who coming into this game, had only made one three in his last 13 attempts, but in the 1st quarter he scored 9 points on 100% shooting. Golden State was leading by 2 at the end of the quarter

The second unit, once again, played great, and led by Andrew Wiggins, who had 13 points in the 2nd, they went on a 15-4 run to give the Warriors a 13 point lead. The Warriors biggest lead in the 2nd was 18, and at the end of the quarter they were leading by 17. But the Warriors got really bad news, because Wiseman got injured, and this injury comes after the rookie is on one of his greatest moments of the season, and the injury didn't looked good. Here you will have all the updates from him and Oubre.

In the third, the Rockets tried to get back into the game, led by Wood and Wall (8 and 7 points in the quarter) and the lead was down to 11 after 4 minutes. But Stephen Curry, who only had 10 points in the first half, exploded for 23 in the quarter on 70% shooting and at the end of the 3rd, the lead was 14.

In the 4th quarter, the Rockets made one last push to get back into the game, and at one point the Dubs lead was 9, but they closed it out. JTA, the birthday boy, played tonight and he proved once again that he has to be in the rotation. He had 8 points, 5 boards and 4 assists in just 17 minutes.

Stats: Steph Curry had his 6 consecutive 30 point game, (38 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists) tying Rick Barry, who did this in 1974. Jordan Poole ended his slump tonight, he had 21 points with 3 threes. Andrew Wiggins had a good game, even though he shot 20% from 3, he had 25 points on 11 from 21 from the field.

The Rockets were led by a magnificent John Wall, who was shooting 32% from downtown, but today he was 5 of 7, to get a team-high 30 points and 7 assists. Cristian Wood had another good game, with 18 points and 7 rebounds. Kelly Olynik had 18 points too, with 11 rebounds and 3 assists. DJ Augustin was great too, he scored 19 points, 14 of them in the 2nd half.

Big Win for the Dubs, their next game is against Denver on Monday.
